  3. INGREDIENTS:
  4. 1 cup wild rice, uncooked
  5. 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced thickly
  6. 1 cup minced onion
  7. 3 cups vegetable broth
  8. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  9.  
  10. DIRECTIONS 
  11. Rinse wild rice well. Combine wild rice, mushrooms, onion,
  12. and garlic in a 3 quart casserole dish. Pour broth over it
  13. all, cover, and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
